Who can use the platform

Anyone over 18 with a valid email may browse and inquire on listings. To list properties as an agent you must hold a valid REN/PEA registration with BOVAEA (or be supervised by an REA who does).

Listing accuracy

Agents are responsible for the accuracy of every listing they post. Misleading prices, fake photos, or properties they aren't authorised to market are grounds for immediate removal. Repeat offenders are banned without refund.

Buyer inquiries

Inquiries are introductions, not contracts. The platform does not guarantee viewings, response times, or transactions. Agents who consistently fail to respond within 48 hours may be downgraded in search results.

Subscription & refunds

Pro and agency plans are billed in advance for the chosen interval. Refunds are pro-rated for cancellations within 14 days of a new charge; outside that window subscriptions run to the end of the paid period and stop renewing.

Liability

The platform is provided "as-is". We are not party to any sale, rental, or tenancy agreement formed between buyers, agents, or owners. Disputes are between the parties involved and (where applicable) BOVAEA / the courts.

Changes

We may update these terms with at least 14 days' notice via email and an in-app banner.
