What we collect

When you create an account we keep your email, name, phone, and (if you upload one) your profile photo. When you submit an inquiry on a listing we keep the message you typed plus the listing it was attached to. When you accept the affordability filter we keep the salary value you entered so we can apply the same filter on later visits — it never leaves your account.

What we don't collect

We don't sell your contact details. We don't run third-party ad trackers. We don't share inquiry messages with anyone except the agent on the listing you sent them to.

Cookies

A session cookie keeps you signed in. localStorage remembers your search filters and cookie-consent dismissal. That's it.

Your rights under PDPA 2010

You can ask us to export, correct, or delete the data we hold about you. Email privacy@property-dxeq.46.250.231.186.nip.io and we'll act within 21 days as required by the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

Retention

Inactive accounts are purged after 24 months of no logins. Closed leads older than 36 months are archived in a non-queryable form.
